“I bought a beautiful cushion for £35. My only issue was I was given a gift voucher and I could only spend it online and not in the shop. I live in Notting Hill, five minutes from your shop. So I went into the shop, picked my cushion but was then told that I had to spend online. Not great for the environment. Instead of me walking home with goods it was sent to me by courier and I had to wait for it rather than get it instantly plus I had to pay for the courier charge! The staff in store were very nice and apologetic.”
