“Really impressed with the Customer Service. Although one part of the delivery was damaged, this was dealt with straight away and a refund was immediately received. Inspite of the damaged items, the items ordered were beautiful and I would definitely use this company again.”

“I purchased a throw for my sofa. Arrived promptly but had to return as much lighter in colour than I wanted. The return process was easy and customer service was excellent from start to finish. I will definitely be buying again soon .”

“Firstly the quality of items bought - paper shade beautifully boxed , a quirky metal fish plate and some Christmas decorations - was extremely good. Secondly they were all very well packaged and thirdly the service was courteous and efficient. Will certainly visit the Graham and Green again.”

“Gave excellent first class service highly recommend 2 of my items were broken due to delivery rang the shop lovely lady answered and assured me she would send me replacement item which she did also gave refund for the item no longer in stock went into my bank within a day or two and wavered delivery for broken items you do not get first class customer service like this very often was like it used to be very personal went above and beyond will definitely be ordering again highly recommend this company”
