“We love our new chair and delivery / customer service has been good throughout. The delivery cost of £50 is high (too high) for small items - would be more reasonable to pay that much if having a sofa delivered for example but not for a small piece of furniture and this would put us off ordering similar items in future which is a shame.”

“The crab candlestick holder was a gift, and was delivered direct to the recipient, so I didn’t get to see it, unfortunately. Purchase and delivery processes were straightforward. The recipient (whose zodiac sign is Cancer, hence the choice) says she likes it very much.”

“I have ordered from Graham and Green before and the service has always been very good.I ordered the tulip velvet lampshade, amongst other items, which was returned as colour not quite what I wanted, (though I have two already, quality is good and I am happy with them) . Instructions said to phone if wanting to return by Royal Mail, and I got through straight away and spoke to a very courteous gentleman who e mailed me a postal label right away. Very happy with service and all the items I received.”
