“I’m so please to finally have a high protein low carb zero sugar cereal here in the uk ! I’ve been looking for something like this for years . I ordered a variety pack and I love all the flavours ! I have it as a pre workout and as my last meal . It’s truly amazing!”

“A little but gutted about the taste of it as I don’t think the cereal is very nice at all. Once it’s been in milk for a minute they go soft and not a nice texture.”

“Amazing! The texture and crunch just like cereal. I haven’t been able to eat cereal for nearly 4 years I could of cried when I had that first bit 🤤😍 they’re very almost there with it the the texture is perfect but need a lot more flavour in them the flavour is very mild so what I do atm is add flavour drops to the milk to give it that flavour and it works great. They do definitely also if they wish to get more customers start selling single boxes or maybe 2 because for some people bulk buying in 6 is just not possible and is off putting for a lot of people. But other than that I’m extremely happy and would quite like to work with this company in the future to make it the best it can possibly be!”

“Had the chocolate flavour the initial taste is good but the aftertaste is exactly like cardboard. The crunch os very similar to golden nuggets though was wanting to try coconut but with the price I’m finding it too much for a risk as I’ve got 1 full box and a nearly full box off in the bin. I was so excited for this having gestational diabetes I finally thought I’d found a cereal I could have.”

“I was so surprised delivery was made within 2 days of order. I got the coco box. Had this with chocolate oak milk was really delicious, they have a great crunch. Defo a guilt free cereal option. I would love to see a reece piece flavour option peanut butter and coco. Will definitely order again”

“purchased this as im a type 1 diabetic and find that no matter what cereal i eat i always have a spike in my bloods. Ate this for 3 days now n no spikes have occured and it actually tastes really nice (i purchased both choc and coconut flavour and have with almond milk) and 1 serving is more than enough for breakfast, Only downfall is theres not more flavours to try”

“Surprisingly tasty! As a long-term follower of low-carb diets, having access to such a quick breakfast option reminds me of being a kid (or college student) again. I’ve only tried the Cinnamon flavour due to other positive reviews, but will be trying others. Only suggestion I’d make is to move away from soy products if possible — as a guy, I’ve been warned about the effect of high levels of phytoestrogens (present in soy) on male physiology. I’ve been having it twice, maximum three times a week to play it safe.”
