About grow urban:

We are a friendly plant shop and garden store with two shops in Edinburgh and a delivery area that reaches most homes in the UK.

Our business was formed in April 2019 and our team of Plant Gurus are here to help offer advice and friendly customer service to Plant Lovers far and wide. We specialise in indoor plants but also offer a selection of outdoor plants and tools for the urban gardener.

If you're lucky enough to live close to one of our shops or will be visiting Edinburgh, you can also sit amongst the plants enjoying coffee and cake - yep, there's cafes in both of our shops! “I started my plant obsession in lockdown with deliveries from grow urban. The plants are always good quality and reasonably priced. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and happy to talk through options for propagating my daughter's huge fiddle leaf fig. Lovely place for a coffee amid the plants too.”

“I bought 3 young plant's,a microsorum crocodyllus for the fern and aroid wall I have started,it's a lovely little fern, nice and healthy with good green leaves and new fronds coming up. I also got a Sinocrassuls yunnanensis ,I have been looking for a while to find one of these succulents, its beautiful and bigger than I was expecting so very happy.The plant is healthy with a good dark colour and has happily joined my other succulents in the window and last of all I got a Sterlitzia nicolai , this is a replacement for the one I lost last year , which I bought for my late mother about 15 years ago , my house just doesn't seem right without one , so I got a young plant and fingers crossed it grows as well as mums, its a beautiful plant with lots of leaves it's very strong and healthy, all came really well packaged and arrived very quickly with no damage . I really recommend grow urban.”
