“I ordered my DJ controller at Midday and as promised it arrived the very next day. When I set it up I thought it had a European 2 pin plug. I called up and the call was answered quickly and politely and advised that there should be a uk 3 pin one in there. I looked again in the box and found it. Great bit of kit and got it at a good price and I am very happy with it. I used to buy my mixers from them 30 years ago so it’s nice to be using them after all of this time ,”
“Purchased a drum kit from this firm online, the kit was sent out next day special delivery and was cheaper than other supplier. There was a small issue with the delivery company sending part of the order back to the shop, which once emailed was responded and dealt with immediately and sent straight back out that day at no extra cost.
