“Having tried all the timber merchants in my area for 3 peices of batten, different sizes, it was an impossible task to get all I wanted from one merchant locally. I found Harlow Timber online who covered everything I needed, the lengths required. Placing my order was very easy, the website gave all details, measurements and delivery info. Having placed my order, a specified delivery date was given and the timber arrived bang on time. It was very well packed, and the delivery person so helpful. All measurements were spot on. I am now getting ready to place another order for DIY projects around my home. Great service and delivery, I thank you.”

“It's like pulling teeth, I don't think customer service is ever trained. Online order, saw wasn't working on the day of the order & first visit, then the offcuts weren't there when I collected.”

“I came to your kidderminster branch to day looking for some replacement skirting board of the same profile, the young lady behind the counter and another member of your team tried all ways to help me out with out success, but that does not matter they both tried all ways and that what counts in my book to that end I will alway use harlows as my first port of call, you have some great staff thanks so much.
