“Excellent choice of items, and available online. Shame that despite two attempts all of the ordered products were not delivered, together with unannounced substitute (larger dimension) item.”

“Ordered 5 Fence panels and they arrived perfectly on time. thank you to the delivery driver who was happy to help lift them from the truck and position them in the rear garden. Excellent Service. Well Done!”

“I had issues with the delivery date being changed and then when the wood did arrive it was not cut to the correct length defined, some shorter some longer, also one piece had been damaged which I sent back and it wasn't replaced but I was offered a £25 refund.”

“Ordered a length of hardwood beading which came damaged. They said they would send another (fair enough) That apparently got damaged before it got to me so they gave me a refund and said they would not send another as they got damaged. I find it unbelievable that they cannot wrap a piece of beading up so it doesn’t get damaged!!”
