“We were impressed with the helpfulness of Richard and the other staff at Harlows, as when we went to pick up our order it was incorrect. They were most apologetic and offered to correct the problem immediately. When we went a second time to collect our corrected order, they as a goodwill gesture cut the order to size for us at no extra cost. I would definitely recommend also visit Harlows again in the future. We also found the quality and price excellent compared to other companies we looked at.”

Good Afternoon Lee, How are you? The entire team is sorry to hear that we had this problem with the carriage of your order. We sent a complete replacement piece at our expense. We were unaware of any further issue, however by way of insurance we cut your replacement piece with an extra 200mm of board to ensure that if there was any issue it would not be part of the piece that you needed (1.8m). “Every item on the order was incorrect. Needed to cut most to shape. At least the telephone was answered promptly, and aprt of the order corracted within the day of delivery.”

The cladding & timber you ordered we sent an alternative length that was slightly longer than your ordered due to timeline and stock avaialbility. This meant you got slightly more timber than you ordered for no addtional cost, and we ensured that all length specifications were covered with the timber we selected. “I ordered x9 3.6m pressure-treated 100mm posts for a particular job. Delivery was good but two of the posts were bowed beyond usefulness. I would not have chosen these two posts had I been selecting my own stock. Given that they are being selected by someone working in a storage yard, on behalf of a remote client, more care during selection should have been taken. This has been inconvenient and frustrating. Such an easy mistake to avoid. On this basis, I would not recommend this supplier and would not wish to use them in future.”
