“The people at Harlow Timber were extremely helpful in rectifying a small issue facilitating a replacement item that I received the next day. Having spoken to both their extremely polite representatives and being fully satisfied with the result, I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to other potential customers.”

“Ordered some decking board’s delivery supposed to be on the Monday got a call to say won’t be til end of the week as not got them in stock rang next day asked someone to call me with update but never did called again later in the week for update only to be told it’s Derby who will be delivering them you will have to call them even tho the original order was from Loughborough very bad service”

If your delivery address falls within one of our branch delivery areas, it is likely your local branch will be the ones delivering the order. If we don’t have the exact lengths of timber at your delivery branch, you will be offered the meterage ordered at alternative lengths that the branch have in stock. If this is suitable, your order should be delivered within the estimated time frame. If you would prefer the lengths on the original order, there may be a delay in the stock reaching your delivery branch, once the stock is delivered to your branch delivery will be made to you. When the ecommerce team receives a call for an order that is being delivered from another branch, they will redirect you to that branch for the most up to date information regarding your order. “Very impressed with the quality of the wood ordered. DX delivery actually turned up with the delivery, which surprised us a lot, as previous deliveries with DX delivery have not arrived and caused a lot of stress.”

“Delivered on time with a fair price. However the wood was supposed to be 610 x 1220 plywood. The sizes ranged from 590 to 620. Not that impressed really”

“Prices comparable, arrived on day quoted but website allowed you to order lengths that they don't sell. Also ordered cut down lengths for particular areas but all came the same length. So more wastage than hoped for.”

“I ordered bevelled rail (SKU:FBR18). I was wrong and bought 3 x 3 by 3 from the sails office. The bevelled rail was taken back and I was told that I will get a refund credit to my Debit Card. STILL WAITING. Other than the above, the service was excellent.”

“Firstly was given the wrong wood, I didn’t realise at first so started loading up the car, and realised it was the wrong product, so they swapped it for me. I made a pre order online and they didn’t give me the brown wall plugs I ordered. Because of the wood issue and the faffing, I didn’t realise until I got home.”
