“2 panels arrived slightly damaged on each leading edge… fortunately we could work around it but if reliant on each panel being complete then we’d have been in trouble and delay”

“Firstly these are a first-class item compared to big-store equivalent trellis panels. Secondly, they are made of thicker heavier wood and they have more verticle slats as well which adds even more strength to them. Thirdly they are much cheaper even after adding delivery costs. You would be foolish not to buy your garden timber products here.”

“I ordered a small sheet of 25mm ply for a repair and received it on the day quoted. Very happy with it BUT I should have ordered 2! I contacted the company again and explained, reordered and was absolutely delighted to have it delivered almost by return. This leaves me with another problem - I now have to do the job!! However, Harlow have been brilliant!”
