“Fantastic service. You went out of your way to cut us bespoke lengths of tongue and groove panel boards. When the boards arrived, they were lovely and smooth and didn’t require any prior sanding before I painted on the primer. A great service overall. Will definitely be using you again as we have several more rooms that need to be decorated ! Thanks again.”

“Placed an online order for fence panels and timber gravel boards, including delivery. So easy to do. Items delivered within 48 hours. Well constructed fence panels. Similar items were £190 more expensive overall from the major UK-wide competitor. Clearly, Harlow Timber Group offers exceptional value for money.”

“There was a problem with one of the laths ordered in that it was unacceptably bowed. After reporting this a replacement was promptly sent.”

“No problems at all with product,well made and construction sound, Some damage to one corner of the trellis put down to transit.”

“The 2.4m shelf board arrived damaged. Fortunately, I could trim the end off as it was slightly too long. The board itself is flimsy I.e. it bends without support. My other 2.5m from b&q are half the price, arrived undamaged and do not bend. Unfortunately, the size I require is not available for home delivery. Very disappointed!”
