“The process is good and products good ,staff friendly but I have found my delivery schedules unreliable, first online order through Long Whatton I had to chase through Burton on Trent , recently my order through Long Whatton was told to chase through Coalville and wasn't deliverd when promised.”

“I ordered online and got a delivery date. The decking arrived as promised. Decking looks great . Good quality and in perfect condition. When my project is finished I'll definitely order some more. Very happy”
