“Excellent products at very reasonable prices. Delivery on time and Driver very helpful and kept me informed of times. Only grumbles are that the website is very slow loading, it needs better filter abilities (ie Price High/Low, etc) and placing/paying for the order took a few tries. An overhaul here would improve things.”

“Easy to order, bit of a wait for delivery but it’s a busy time. Knocked one star off because I ordered 4 panels all in dark oak. 2 were dark oak but 2 were a light stain. Didn’t have time to ask for replacement so I’ll have to paint them myself. Lovely delivery driver.”

“Lattice panels were bought to stop the deer from entering and damaging our garden. The panels were painted black to complement our black netting. From ordering to arrival took twelve working days, not too bad as we live in the Highlands of Scotland. Very pleased with the lattice panels.”

“Wanted specific lengths for a small repair, only available at one depot. Not all lengths available on collection but extra product supplied to compensate. Not quite how I wanted to do the job but a fair way to resolve thanks.”

“I bought these trellis on the strength of the picture on their website which looked like a chunky planed timber nailed at each join. Those that arrived were rough timber and stapled at each join. Disappointed. Aside from that, the pallet had been loaded top heavy, it was on it's side on arrival, the fall had split each one of the bags of cement ( bar one ) and coated half of the trellis panels with cement. Both the driver and I were coated with light dusting of cement by the time we'd finished. Not impressed.”
