“Placed an order which was supposed to come last Thursday but got an email to say delivery had been delayed due to a problem with the order and it couldn't be fulfilled until the following Tuesday. After a quick email, the delivery charge was refunded which I was happy with and the delivery came early Tuesday morning.”

“Allowed me to place the order where no stock was available, when asked for a refund been told they are unable to do it, been waiting two weeks for a refund now and still haven't received it. Avoid at all costs or make sure that stock is available before placing the order as you will have difficulties getting your money back.”

“I ordered some laths for an airer. Quick service and a reasonable price for delivery. Will definitely use them again.”

“The quality of timber it's really good but delivery charges are massive. For one long pallet we paid £400 plus Vat! The worst thing is that Harlow Timber has got regural deliveries to our neighbours then I guess would be easier and cheaper to combain to one. I don't believe entire lorries are rented for single orders? This must be changed otherwise the customer will be ordering from somewhere else.”

“Excellent service. I ordered I single piece of MDF panelling and asked if they could cut it for me. I was quickly contacted to clarify my requirements to avoid any mistake. The pieces arrived within a couple of days, well packed and precisely to the dimensions required. Great job. Thanks.”
