“The package I received from Harrogate organics was really beautiful and thoughtfully fragranced with Lavender. Unfortunately I am unsure about the supplements for sleeping and calming the nervous system. After a week of using them I have not been sleeping well and I became more anxious. I have gone back to the normal product I use. It may well be coincidence but I am disappointed.”

“I have tried magnesium spray previously but wasn't impressed. This one has really changed my thinking. Spray on my chest and soles of both feet, plus back of knees and even if I wake to go to the bathroom, I can drop straight back off to sleep 😴 Very impressed and I shall continue to use!”
