“I have tried the spray and to be honest I saw absolutely no difference I suffer from restless legs in bed also sleeplessness and as I say found no difference with this spray”

“I’ve only just recently started using Harrogate Organics Magnesium spray on my shoulders and arms. I am having trouble with sore joints and muscles due to peri menopause symptoms. I’ve noticed benefits with my sleep also. Definitely better quality of sleep as well as easing my muscular pain. I will continue to use the spray a couple of times a day. It’s definitely improved my day to day life so far. I would highly recommend giving the magnesium spray a try when going through menopause to ease symptoms of sleep loss and pain.”

“i was pleased with the purchase of magnesium oil spray a friend loned me a bottle when i was struggeling with hip pain, one spray and it eased the pain straight away, we went up to the shop in harrogate and the lady sold me two bottles with a free travel one. lovely people m l cook 80yesrs young”
