“I have not been sleeping well for over a year. Waking up at 2 or 3 and not getting back to sleep. Since using this spray, i have been sleeping through mostly. If I'm woken up, i can get back to sleep and its a good ‘quality’ deep sleep. I actually feel refreshed in the mornings. I have told all my friends, recommended to everyone! Thank you”

“I heard about Harrogate Organics from a post on Facebook. I suffer badly from Restless Leg Syndrome and thought I'd give Magnesium spray a try. The package arrived and it was a pleasure to open because the box had been scented with Bliss and smelt divine! Sadly the spray didn't help my legs but that's not Harrogate Organics fault. The company did very well and my order arrived in good time, well packaged etc.”
