“I have been using Harrogate Magnesium Oil spray for just over a year. I had a burning sensation in my Achilles Tendons on both ankles due to playing netball. After a few applications it definitely helped and I no longer have the issue when i use my spray regularly. I also spray on the top and behind my knees which helps to eliminate any aches and pains during my Peri-Menopause. I am 51 and still play netball three times a week. I wouldn’t be without this magical spray to support and help with my recovery as I continue to play the sport I love. Thank you Harrogate for this amazing product! x x x 🫶🏼🙌🏼👍🏼 I also use Harrogate Rescue Balm for when I have a muscle pain/injury usually in my back by my shoulders. “I have been using the Magnesium Oil for a couple of years now and find it very effective in reducing my leg pain and restless legs at night. It is very good. However i would like to ask if you have recently changed any ingredients as my latest order of the oil had quite an unpleasant smell....very different from all previous orders. I will continue to order as tge benefits outway the u pleasant smell. I look forward to your answer. Thank you.”

Hi there, we have made a few changes as we move production to Switzerland and improve the quality further of the ingredients… However if you don't like the smell, we have now introduced a sensitive skin version, which is completely sent free and contains manuka honey, chamomile and arnica With Love, Harrogate Organics x

“A friend heard me talking about my restless legs and interrupted to tell me about your magnesium spray. Oh my word! This has made such an amazing difference to my night times! I ordered two and have passed one on to my parents who have also seen a great improvement with their legs, mums were always on fire and dad's were uncomfortable like mine. We all swear by this now and I am continuing to spread the word. Keep going Harrogate Organics your products are fabulous , thank you from us all!”
