“Magnesium spray works. I’ve been plagued with restless legs and cramp so severe it made me jump out of bed for relief. Since using this spray on knees ankles and elbows every night I’m sleeping well. Makes such a difference not being so tired during the day.”

“I don't know how this works and was very sceptical about how this could possibly effect sleep by applying it to the skin but WOW....it's like magic...since menopause I suffered from restless legs and poor sleep but since using the magnesium spray I get a good night's sleep and it stops the weird under skin sensation in my thighs.... It is a staple in my bathroom cupboard now!!”

“What a lovely company to deal with. I purchased the Magnesium Spray, and the packaging was sprayed with Bliss. Ordered Bliss straight away as I love the smell! As a room spray, it's great, but I also spray it on my pillow at night and I'm sure it helps me sleep. Very calming and relaxing and a small bit goes a long way!
