“Photos were fine but staff couldn’t find the prints. I waited at least twenty minutes when I should have been in and out in a couple of minutes. It was very annoying and made me late for an appointment.”

“I recently used Harvey Norman’s photo centre through my iPhone to create a photo book, standard photos, stubby holder and an enlargement.The book was absolutely awesome! The quality is great. Designing it was quite time consuming and not very easy to edit changes on my phone, but would still definitely use again. It was posted to my local store for me to collect from.the standard prints were great also. The stubby holder and enlargement was ordered a few days later, however are not to the same standard. It was posted to the next town (as my local store was no longer listed as a photo centre) so I had to drive 20mins just to collect them only to find the enlargement had been rolled up to post to this store, which has been a nuisance to get flat again. The stubby holder is mostly white with just a small image on it. Not how I remember it looking on the template. I would be happy to design another stubby holder as they are quite affordable, however I can’t warrant the fuel to drive 40 minute round trip to collect. I’m not sure why they couldn’t be posted directly to me rather than posting to a store that’s 20 mins away from my?”

“The photos I received were darker than the photos sent in to be printed. These photos were printed for a competitions. I was only able to choose the best but doubt I will do well as they are darker that the photo sent for print. Some were so bad they couldn't be used. I re-calibrated my screen but the colours of the photos remained the same on my computer. I have been using Harvey Norman for years with product sent from the central print centre without a problem but when printed from the local Harvey Norman, it is very hit and miss. I am currently looking for a new printing company”

“The order online is not at all inturative. Never does it ask for a Save. If it times out on you it does NOT save what you have been working on. It does not downloan a lot of photos at a time and it would be nice to know where you are upn to, or that you have downloaded enough BEF0RE it stopps downloaning. If it does this online it should have a numbrer fixed to it, knowing this nunber BEFORE you start might do”
