AVOID! The original installation was ok, however it turn out that they haven’t registered the warranty or left us with the documentation to confirm compliance with building regs. Having now chased this, no one answers the phone, they have returned via email but despite acknowledging warranty should have been registered and building reg documents left with us, they have so far failed to rectify this. Terrible aftercare, they don’t appear to care once they have your money!

Been over a month since reporting a problem - 3 missed appointments by an engineer - problem progressively worse and boiler eventually flooded Kitchen today. Save yourself the hassle.

"Where else can you get a 12 year warranty and servicing and maintenance costs fixed for 12 years?" This was copied from their website. Well it isn't a fixed fee it goes up every year!

Great service from the start with Darren helping me with my inquiry. Very easy and quick to arrange my new boiler. Everything went really well and a great price. Boiler guaranteed for 10 year so that’s a bonus. I recommend this company.

A half day installation turned into a marathon 13 hours with no water for the duration. Engineer left without checking system or timer, resulting in no heating or hot water for over 4 weeks. Continuous calls to customer service produced nothing but empty promises and a further 4 visits from engineers before the problems were remedied. Then had to chase them for two months to provide the promised guarantee. Very bad experience from start to finish.

I had a brand new boiler installed on the 8th of November by one of your contractors. He turned up on time and istalled the new boiler. He was very polite, hardworking and took great care not to damage anything. When he left the boiler was working and I was thinking I had made a great choice. Saturday lunch time that changed very quicky. The new boiler stopped working, no one was available to come out and have a look at it during the weekend. No one was willing to help. It pretty much went downhill from that point. I spoke to a young woman on the phone on Saturday and while asking her questions, she either could not answer or just did not care, she hung up on me. Did not answer any of my calls that day. Disgraceful. I did receive a call on Monday and explained what had happened. They said they would look into it and get back to me. To cut along story short, no one ever called me back. I did all the chasing. I did have an engineer call round on Wednesday, after chasing again on Tuesday, who bascially told me that the new boiler was not installed to the manufactures specs and that is why it has flooded. From Wednesday I was told I would receive a call back once his report was submitted, it was submitted by 11am on Wednesday, but again no call regarding an update. I heard nothing and ended up chasing people again. No one cared that I did not have a boiler working from Saturday till Wednesday. The only reson it was fixed on Wednesday was due to the fact the guy who installed it came round in the evening and cleaned out the pipes. This I belive should have been done in the first instance. To top it off my thermostat did not work, it has been replaced by someone, but I'm unhappy with it as it makes a loud clicking noise day and night. Again totally unacceptable. I am amazed that with all the issues I've had, still no one has made a final call to see that all is ok and to do a customer follow up. I also had to buy an electric heater as I did not know how long I would be without heat and also had to cancel two meetings at short notice so your engineer could visit. Your customer service was appaling and I find the way I was dealt with totally unacceptable. This email was sent on 25th Novemeber and I was never called back. I again had to follow uo. I was promised a call Friday 20th Dec. Surprise, no call again. Email Sat morning 21st Dec saying they were too busy to call me. Very Very poor company to deal with and no care for customer issues or complaints. I personally would avoid this company at all costs. Very sorry I went with them and still waiting a resolution.

I was very pleased with the service I received to replace our boiler. The sales and technical staff were helpful and after getting other quotes HFB were best value. Only negative experience was after finalising the installation and being told it would be within 5 days by the sales team the installation team's said it wouldn't be for 2 weeks as it needed 2 installers. The day before the install I was told the boiler I had paid for was not available as it wasn't in stock HFB offered a upgrade at no extra cost. The installer was friendly and helpful.

From first contact with Anna on Tuesday who arranged the delivery and installation of a new boiler which was totally "Hassle Free" to the Engineer arriving to install the boiler by Friday of the same week the service, professionalism and superb customer service was exceptional. I simply cannot recommend Hassle Free Boilers highly enough and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone wanting the highest quality service at a very competitive price. Thank you Hassle Free for your support, speed of service and excellent workmanship.
