“I was very pleased with the service I received to replace our boiler. The sales and technical staff were helpful and after getting other quotes HFB were best value. Only negative experience was after finalising the installation and being told it would be within 5 days by the sales team the installation team's said it wouldn't be for 2 weeks as it needed 2 installers. The day before the install I was told the boiler I had paid for was not available as it wasn't in stock HFB offered a upgrade at no extra cost. The installer was friendly and helpful.”
