Try to shop there even though it is not my local and I have to drive further.Have bought loads of items including eufy robovac, Navimow mower, smart fence and even today encouraged a friend to buy a hedge trimmer. Had great help and support from staff particularly Jamie in purchases. Was very disappointed with mix up with Smart fence order recently purchased and the delay and way was treated. I could have purchased it locally in Chadwicks in Roscommon but chose to give Heavins the opportunity for the purchase as I had good experiences previously. Was my only let down.

As an older person I'm often ignored in other shops by younger staff even though I'm not impaired in anyway. The staff in heavins treat me with respect and I'll always go there before anywhere else now.”
