“Good customer service from Heavins and got a great price for my new Tassimo coffee machine, it was delivered quickly. The only thing I would say is that there was no extra wrapping on the original box, it came with just a just a delivery sticker on it and nothing else to protect the coffee machine being thrown around during the delivery process by An Post.”

I contacted them and reported the appliance faulty and to be fair I was able to have the appliance collected free of charge from my home by an Post. The replacement arrived safely within 24 hours of my faulty item returned. A very good service but a scheme if was not checked before sending out.”
