“Celine in the office was very helpful but your delivery tracking is terrible. The worst I’ve come across, no tracking number, non updates, extremely short notice when it was a day late, after asking for notice. No everyone can be at home for days waiting for a delivery and pickup of an old appliance. People must work to pay for what they buy and need ample notice to fool a half day off work for delivery/pick up.
The only other positive was the delivery driver was a gentleman and Celine had n the Office was good but non existent tracking in this day and age is a no no. I had 2 large items delivered from abroad that I ordered after our Heavins order days before Heavins. Time to update to a user friendly system or use a known courier company.”

I've no problem at all with Heavins, product was dispatched promptly. However an post said I'd have the product on the 03/12 and I'm still waiting. I appreciate it's the busy christmas season but I had a similar problem in the summer with a part for a machine that was dispatched from Germany and it was with an post for 4 days approximately before I received it. I must find an email address to follow up on your product.

“I originally ordered an Anker unit that unfortunately had a software fault. After Anker issued the return details, and I submitted to Heavins, they were immediately in contact with me, arranging collection, providing alternatives (all during the busy Black Friday period). Very professional, efficient and painless process.
It's always a good indicator of a quality retailer when they perform well when something goes wrong and are under pressure, which they did.
I would not hesitate in ordering from them in future and recommending them to others as a "go to" main retailer”
