“The reason I keep returning to Heavins is because I believe in supporting family-run businesses, and have always been satisfied with the product I purchase, and the speed with which it has been delivered. The only fly in the ointment occurred some weeks ago when I endeavoured to purchase two packs of the gloss polish I have been purchasing for some years. It was a Saturday morning, and, whereas the people to whom I spoke were extremely pleasant and polite, despite being requested to hold on and I'll transfer you to x, y or z, I was finally told that I would have to try again next week as there was no one to hand who could accept my card. Indeed, I did try again, midweek this time, and got my order sorted, but thought that the Saturday experience was not great.”
