“Ordered Saturday night, aware ye are closed Sunday but by 1.30pm Monday - order still not processed. Had to make 2 phone calls to follow up, was passed between departments and hung up on. Second call was left on hold for almost 10 mins. Collected order and was given heavy item to drag to car, while carrying a baby and holding hands with a toddler, no assistance offered. Always want to support local business but this was overall really poor experience with Heavins. Will be choosing to shop elsewhere going forward.”
