“Unfortunately An Post miss directed the delivery of my two lanterns. They did take full responsibility although the box should have arrived Friday, it didn't arrive until Monday. It was in a terrible state, very battered and as good as open. Although ye had carefully bubble wrapped both lanterns, we could hear one was broken, not just the glass, but the rim of the lantern. Celine wasted no time in dealing with things for me, although you had no replacement she refund me the full cost of the broken lantern. Really An Post should have paid. The lantern is exactly what I wanted and I am very happy with it. It is what was promised. Thank you”
