“It was my first time ordering from Heavins..I ordered an electric heater online but I pressed click and collect instead of delivery (My Mistake).So the following morning I rang Heavins office and explained that I wanted the item delivered as the store is a 2hr drive from where I live.The staff were so helpful and allowed me pay over the phone for the delivery charge and i received the item the next day..Great Customer service i would recommend to anyone..10 out of 10 Heavins ..”
