“I ordered the eufy robot hoover. I orginally ordered with another Harvey Norman who said online it would be there in 5 days. After 10 days there was still no sign of it. I rang Heavins at 2.10 on a Friday and the very helpful lady said if I have it ordered before 2 she can get it out in the 2.30 pick up by dhl. It arrived at my door at 11 the next day. I could believe how good a service this company does. I will 100% be ordering off them again. Also, the same product was cheaper with Heavens than Harvey Normans.
