“Great selection of goods, probably keeping updated about the expected delivery date and time would be something to look into. I had to email as there was no tracking available. Also requested the goods to be left at the back. Was told the delivery driver will contact about the ETA and also the note for the parcel to be left at the back was forwarded. Well i havent got a call from the driver and the big box was left at the front door which was a bit of a hassle ro carry through the house. All in all i would probably buy again.”

Package had damage on it.
Product was damaged which will prevent it to function.
Package was opened before, sealed with a Heavins tape later. Apparently, this was a product that has been returned by a customer, then you decided to send it to another customer without checking the condition.
I paid full price for a new product with an unopened box. Yet received a used, damaged, non-functioning product.
You did absolutely f*king terrible.”
