“I have ordered a few times with Heavins and have found no problems in dealing with them . Small items were delivered promptly. However I ordered a Big piece of furniture and found communication between the Delivery company me as non existent. I said I would like the delivery either Monday or Tuesday. Waited in all day Monday..no delivery . The Driver phoned me on Tuesday and said she was 5 minutes away..luckily I was at home . More communication needed. Tracking didn't work”
