“Communication with Heavins and the speed of service was excellent.
However the display model Dimplex microwave arrived without a service booklet. I Googled and printed out the relevant pages only to then spend time cursing as the model wouldn't obey my instructions.
Next day I twigged that the 'loc' on the screen referred to a child lock and I cancelled it OK.
My previous Dimplex microwave was simpler to use.”
