I bought a hose. It was faulty and I had to return it. I was upset when I received it as I had really wanted the new hose and had been hoping to use it.
I have returned it and I am very sorry I had to do so.
However, on the upside, I had assistance from Celine who was so charming and helpful. The return was managed exactly as promised.

Delivery was quick enough and the item arrived like I expected it to, in good time. Canopy looks very decent and I'm delighted with it. So far I'm coloured happy wirh the purchase”
