“I ordered a tv phoned last week someone with not great English answered I got no answer to my question I got an email which was of no further help I phoned today a very nice guy named Michael i think he was more helpful but the bottom line is I ordered a week ago and wanted it for toy show last night I know the old story of 5-7 days but I really thought this would come by courier I feel it’s a case of buy Black Friday goods but no no customer care”
