“I wasn't going to complain, however, since you asked, here is my experience.
I ordered a Proplus 7HP pressure washer, expecting it to be brand new and in the box. The Ad didn't say anything about it being used. It arrived promptly in a badly torn box. I notified you of same. Upon inspection, the machine was damaged (see previous email). Celine has been very prompt and courteous with her emails. I was told the box would be collected to be returned to you last Friday. It is still sitting in my hall on Tues 24/02 @ 10.39am. Hence the reason for the 2 star rating. I don't feel that I'm being unfair.
I received my power washer last Monday (16/03). I used it yesterday and am very happy with it. Yes, I did have issues along the way, however Celine was extremely helpful and was so prompt at returning emails. It is a sign of a good business when they go the extra mile with their customer service.
