“You have sent me the two things I ordered. The hot water bottle works perfectly. The De Vielle Halogen Heater stopped oscillating on day one of purchase. This is just not acceptable. I've paid for it and no part of it should stop functioning so quickly. I have been advised I can send it back to you. I have no desire to send back a product that I absolutely need just to keep warm. It works fine apart from not oscillating. On the other hand, I don't think I should have to pay for a product that breaks in any way on day one! At this point I want to request a refund for the halogen heater. I also want to keep it because it will be an absolute headache to try and send a parcel back to you from Dublin, and in the meantime be freezing in the house with no central heating in this worst of winters.”
