“I did receive my product in a timely fashion, however I was extremely disappointed to see a number of price sticker labels on the box and also the box containing my product was damaged plus when I tried to remove price tag stickets the box became more damaged as the stickers would not peel off easily. I purchased the product as a Christmas present for a friend, I cannot in all conscious give the product bought from you as a gift to anyone so my faith in Heavens.ie is non existent, I wil not be making any further purchases from you.”

Never arrived and after a few weeks it was figured out that it wasnt there and couldnt be provided.
Talked to a few polite staff but no one seemed to provide clarity.
The refund was the only positive thing about the whole process.”
“Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience with this company. Bought a product online worth €250 which arrived flatpack and no reference to this on a call or on the website. Product was also delivered via An post who just dropped delivery note and did not attempt to ring me when they were outside. When i opened up the packaging after having to collect it from depot, there was a very evident manufacturer fault at the side if the table. Collection return was very quick and organised via An Post. Awaiting refund currently.”
“Ordered a Drill set with 2 drills & also 2 sets of drill bit sets. Drill bit kits were great value but never received them! Very frustrating.
Got a mail saying out of stock so refund was issued yet they were still on the site 2 days later.
So I've 2 drills and no drill bits/scewdrivers”
