“I had received a 300 piece The Deep jigsaw puzzle that had half of the pieces faulty with the top image parts disconnected from the white cardboard backings. I called up customer service and the gentleman I spoke to was very helpful. I sent through an image of the damaged pieces and a replacement puzzle was sent in a very timely manner. Highly appreciate and recommend their level of customer service.”

“I have always found Hobbyco in the old QVB a joy to visit and also to be very quick and reliable with phone and online orders. Recently, after a Hornby pre-order failed to materialise, one phone call arranged for another locomotive to takes its place which is now running perfectly on the layout. Thank you again Hobbyco!”

“I recently purchased an Eduard 'Limited Edition' 1/48 scale kit 11166 'Midway' F-4 Wildcats. When the package arrived by Australia Post it was intact, however upon opening it I found that the model's box had been damaged. This could not have been done in transit. One corner had been torn prior to being packed. As I am a collector of Eduard kits, I was not impressed as the rip has decresed the kits future value!”
