“I have never had any problems with your products but I am very very disappointed with Australia Post sevices, around three weeks to get a Hobbyco parcel from Sydney to the Wollongong area? I could have walked there, picked it up and walked back home again in less time. I suggest very strongly you consider using much more efficient services in future and if everyone did that maybe they might wake up?”

“I have been a member of Hobbyco for some time now. This speaks for itself. My online transactions have been seamless and the delivery faultless. I model Märklin Model Railways and have always received my items although somewhat later than usual due to the effects of COVID-19 over the past few years. I have always trusted Hobbyco and found them to be value for money with my Märklin purchases.”

“The colour of the product I ordered turned out to be different from the previous one I had bought at the store. This did not show on the online catalogue. However I can fix it. Delivery was prompt but the post office did not respect the fragile sticker!!! In this case my purchase was not damaged.”

“The staff are very friendly and approachable, and they will patiently help me check the product code every time, and answer my questions such as pre-orders and stock quantities. Because Australia post could not read my address, the staff will help me arrange the warehouse and parcels to the nearest and most convenient hobbyco shop from my home every time, and will call me in time to notify me every time when shop receive the parcel”
