“Hobbyco was an easy website to use, it had a good selection and great prices. Hobbyco was prompt with sending the parcel but Australia Post seems to have lost it and I am still waiting to receive it.”

“Overall happy with the products. Just disappointed with 1, the Yamaha Vmax. Product description on top is plastic model kit but when you scroll down, then I saw that it is diecast. Hope Hobbyco fixes the description.”

“Goods received were in very bad shape - shelfwear was so bad that it almost seemed as though they were second hand with scuff marks, dent and tears. Very disappointed. I purchased 5 lego sets as Christmas gifts and am unsure if they are fit for a gift at this point.”

“Great service - quickly processed order and posted even faster. One small tiny issue. Christmas gifts arriving in a box labelled “Lego” is a bit frustrating. Maybe just a plain box or a “hobbyco” box would be better for this time of year?”

“I ordered a set of figurines for my grandson . Appeared to be a set of six in the add, however was only one item which cost me $20 which included $10 postage! I checked and it did state in the blurb after scrolling down they chose one figure from a set of six I was upset and feel the advertisement was misleading”

“The website is easy to navigate, the range is good, and the prices are reasonable. The transaction and delivery went smoothly. I would like to see more information about each item though. For example, I bought a VW Beetle model kit and all the information was about the actual car when I was after information about the model itself and what extras I might need to buy.”
