“I don't know where to start I quote a rhyme The Little Girl with a curl when she was good she was good when she was bad she was horrid I have found it difficult to contact a person when need to, the answering machine responds return call will reply this doesn't happen. Your stock inventory is not up to par. I once sent a email reporting past orders when no response to an order after a period was not fulfilled there was no reply. I find when dealing with Grant is a bonus when in contact. I accept the faults of Hobbyco and for some reason still do business”

“All experiences with HobbyCo (instore and online) have been positive. The one time I received the wrong order I also received a phone call and the problem was resolved within a day. I couldn't recommend them more highly.”

“I can't believe how you packaged my Guardians of the Galaxy Advent Calander! When it arrived it was in a huge long box. I shook it & no sound so I thought you did a really good job of packing it so it doesn't end up damaged. When I opened the huge long box, I saw you packed the Advent Calendar standing upright with the lid of the box sealed down tightly so the calendar is wedged between the top & bottom of the huge long box. It wasn't even a box with your company information stamped onto it but a delivery box of other items to your store. The Advent box was slightly crushed from the weight of other boxes being on top of this one during delivery. I did receive the correct item I ordered but I'm not impressed by your delivery techniques. If only I could add photos. I don't think I'll buy from you again :'(”

“Made order (over $200), got charged postage when I should not have been. Then a week later told that my order has only just been sent and only half the order was now available. Then got charged the full amount for complete order. Had to contact them to query this charge. Only then did they amend the charge to what actually arrived. They did also refund postage charge at least 🤣 Can't say it was an enjoyable experience, I'm hoping it's just unique to me but unfortunate none the less, as I buy alot of diecast which I will be hesitant to buy from here from now on. But you sent me this to ask for my review, so here it is, sorry.”
