“I ordered lego train set and Lego train station for my grandson, I’m in Uk and grandson in Australia. I was very pleased on how well structured the website was to navigate and how easy to find and purchase said items. The communication via email was very good and I was pleasantly surprised on how quick the items were delivered. I would definitely recommend and purchase from Hobbyco again .”

“I've been buying the Pokemon Model Kit Quick!! lineup from Hobbyco. I purchased most of them in-store and recently tried pre-ordering the most recent ones (Bulbasaur and Tepig) online. I received both of them as soon as they were available. Really happy with my experience and will continue to buy upcoming kits.”

“I was worried about the delivery from Australia to Moldova, as the distance is quite big. But everything was resolved in a blink. The support team was extremely responsive and helped me find out about the delivery status and its estimated time. I will definitely order something else on this website again!”

“No problems with the consignment. I can't understand why it took Austpost 9 days to deliver my parcel from Sydney to the parcel locker in Kingston, Hobart, Tasmania. Indeed it took 2 days to deliver the parcel from the Kingston Depot to the parcel locker, a distance of 500m.”

“I have never had any problems with your products but I am very very disappointed with Australia Post sevices, around three weeks to get a Hobbyco parcel from Sydney to the Wollongong area? I could have walked there, picked it up and walked back home again in less time. I suggest very strongly you consider using much more efficient services in future and if everyone did that maybe they might wake up?”
