“Disappointed in this transaction, yes I did get the item I purchased, however, it was after a delay, was told it was out of stock (contrary to what the website said) and Hobbyco tried to swindle out of it.”

“I have been a long-time customer since the 60s when they were on George Street opposite where Anthony Hordens once stood. This should speak volumes in its self. Now with new technology, I found using their online shopping to be a breeze. And the deliveries are punctual. Hats off to Hobbyco. P.S. Hobbyco are still standing whilst all the others have gone.”

“Great experience. This was a late purchase for Christmas that I wanted to receive in time to be able to wrap & pack with other presents to send to family interstate in time for Christmas. Further to taking the express delivery option, and considering the time of year it was, I outlined my plight to the staff & the purchase was dispatched the same day. There are still some real people left in the world and you have some of them amongst your staff at Hobbyco.”

“Everything arrives well packaged, no damage. Often though Hobbyconseems to have limited stock. I'm not sure if that's because they simply don't physically have the item or if it needs to sourced from outside locally. I only ever order on line because in live in a regional area of NSW.”
