“I have ordered products from Hobbyco in the past and have been extremely satisfied. With my latest order there was a mix up with someone else's order. I rang Hobbyco straight away and the issue was dealt with professionally and swiftly. I received the ordered products very quickly. “If you are asking specifically about Hobbyco, then I would say excellent quick service, with absolutely no hassles, good replies to my questions, very pleasant first time online voucher & super quick standard Australia Post postage, which I would say is 1 of the quickest (2 days) I have ever received anything from interstate, so a gigantic thanks to Hobbyco, Sydney from Danny in Canberra.”

“When I unpacked my LED Magnifying Lamp there were broken parts in the plastic packaging. I noticed it was an important piece for the lamp to operate. This was disappointing as I wanted to start using it. Everything else was perfect.”

“Hobbyco has always been the #1 hobby store in Australia!! The best collection of Japanese models and high end toys!! Also the best clearance sales on this stuff that I can think of. I’ve been shopping with them for over 40 years. I remember getting a Tomy/Takara Diaclone power suit model there as a small kid. It took me ages recently to figure out what model that was.”

“Very good and helpful support.You have been let down by your courier. My parcel has now arrived at the NZ Postal centre on Tuesday ,but they have to get the customs work done.
