“Easy to purchase the RC car online, good price and fast delivery. I needed to contact support post purchase and it was good to get a quick response that was very human. Ultimately the issue resolved itself but my impression was the customer support team were up for assisting if a swap was needed. Only thing to keep an eye on is the website advising you need to get back within 14 days if you have a product issue (seems a bit short).”

“I contacted Hobbyco customer support to help me with my club discount not being applied to items online. I was treated respectfully and had the issue fixed in a few minutes. This is great service and I highly recommend Hobbyso's staff for their knowledge and professionalism.”

“Dear Hobbyco, You asked me to write this review of my last purchase from Hobby Co. You didn't remind me what it was I purchased. I buy a lot of bibs and bobs as I model. I can't recall every purchase as I have them paid, in advance by an online credit company. In any case, I've been dealing with Hobby Co. for several years now and I've never had any cause for complaint. Your customer service has been really good otherwise, I would have noticed. I do seem to recall that a lot of the model kits on offer were 'out of stock' the last time I had a good look. But, with the way the world is at the moment, international freight delays are probably quite common and out of your control. Kind regards, WKH”
