“Made order (over $200), got charged postage when I should not have been. Then a week later told that my order has only just been sent and only half the order was now available. Then got charged the full amount for complete order. Had to contact them to query this charge. Only then did they amend the charge to what actually arrived. They did also refund postage charge at least 🤣 Can't say it was an enjoyable experience, I'm hoping it's just unique to me but unfortunate none the less, as I buy alot of diecast which I will be hesitant to buy from here from now on. But you sent me this to ask for my review, so here it is, sorry.”

“I bought a variety of puzzles for my engineering nephews for Christmas. Obviously I haven't opened them, but they look fantastic, and I am sure they will be well pleased. The items came well packaged and padded, and in good time given the issues of covid and the floods..”

“Refunded an item without contacting me first due to an item not being in stock, despite the website saying otherwise at the time of the order. Would score them lower, but at items they did manage to send arrived in decent enough condition. Could have been better packed”

“My kits arrived in good time and were carefully and thoughtfully packed. I contacted the service desk twice by phone with follow up queries about my order and got fast and helpful advice and assistance. I appreciate their $125 threshold for free post and the items I purchased were on good specials.”

“I have just opened the parcel with my grandsons Xmas prezzie in it the whole process from start to finish was excellent the service was great ordered online but didn't understand something and called the store they were very helpful and solved my problem with the parcel as I said has arrived within a short time and I already know I have bought a winner for Christmas thanks 10 out of 5”
