“Placed a pre-order a few months back. I had forgotten about it, then an email arrived pretty much to the date they stated it would be in, and I received the models a few days later. Could not fault the service. You will be safe making a preorder with HobbyCo.”

“I recently phoned Hobbyco looking for a die-cast model Cessna for my grandson's birthday. After searching unsuccessfully in our area, it was getting close to the birthday. I spoke with Henry and explained the situation and he was able to get it in the next post. The gift arrived the next day and I could not be happier. Thank you, Henry, for going out of your way to help. You made one boy very happy and one grandmother very grateful for your wonderful customer service. Hoobyco will be my first port of call in the future.”
