“Completely happy with the service received from HobbyWorkshop despite GamesWorkshops ludicrous business model/practices and subsequent inability or unwillingness to produce enough stock. Bought a box of Lighting fighters after being let down over Christmas by GW. Ordered them on back-order knowing they would be out of stock but hoping HobbyWorkshop would still get them to me when they became available. Spoke on the phone with a really friendly chap after a few weeks had elapsed and he assured me that my order could stay on the system indefinitely but they would fulfill it when the items were in stock. My faith in this business was rewarded and my friend now has the other half of his Chrismas present. Highly recommended, Thank you.”
