“I liked the choice on their website and ordered some items, I needed to swap an item as I had ordered the wrong thing and they were absolutely brilliant about it. Somebody called me, suggested an alternative and switched the gift immediately, allowing me to pay the difference over the phone. The personal touch can be missing when shopping online but this team know their market and were wonderful, I will order from them again.”

“The website was extremely easy to navigate and once the purchase was made I was kept fully informed about the progress of the order. I had put an incorrect delivery address on the order. I emailed a request to change the address which was corrected in minutes. Great service.”
