“Excellent customer service, I ordered a book and Fafnir rann. But rann was out of stock. They got right on it and instead of making me wait for both the sent the book and then rann free of charge. Didn't have to do that but little things like this so you that they actually care about their customers Highly recommend”

“Dispatched the goods very quickly, even though it was a bank holiday. Well packaged. Just a shame they use royal mail instead of evri to do the delivery.”

“2 orders placed with them and both were posted within 30 minutes of ordering. In each case they arrived to me the very next working day. Been using other stores who take a day or two to post so I'll be switching over to Hobby Workshop for the forseeable future.”
