“Usually I have found Hobby Workshop to have great service but on this occasion, depsite me having deleted my old address and it no longer being on the system, my order was posted to the wrong location. As the old address was no longer present and didn't appear as an option when ordering I didn't notice that it still appeared on the order receipt and was told it was too late to retrieve the parcel. As this could happen again I am unlikely to order from the company again as the system does not seem reliable.”

Hi Joel, I'm very sorry to hear you've had an issue, I've just had a look at the order placed and can see that the address the order was sent to was the same as the confirmation email that was sent at the same time you placed the order, had this been highlighted to us that you required it to be sent to a different address before the order was shipped the same day we could of easily changed it to your new address for you, but unfortunatly once shipped we can't change the address. Hopefully the new occupant has your new address and can forward you the parcel or return it to us then it will get re-shipped to your new address. Thanks Andy
