“Very slow despatch, my son left on his sailing trip before the shoes arrived. Wish I had used an alternate supplier with quicker delivery. Yes they were within their standard delivery time but I failed to see it takes the 5 working days to despatch on top of the standard delivery time. My mistake, won’t make it again.”

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. All of our items have individual dispatch times for items that are due into us within that time frame. I can see your order was placed on the 21st of September and had a 5-7 day dispatch time. The order was dispatched on the 27th which was the 5th working day, it was dispatched within our time frames but I am sorry that we couldn't get it to you on time for the trip. “Ordered a new boiler suit which arrived a few days later than hoped, but not really an issue. The product is very good quality and apart from being too long in the leg, fits perfectly. I guess for the time being I'll roll up the excess material but other than that. I'm very satisfied with their service.”

“very poor service, had to wait 6 days for it to be dispatched even though you say 3 to 5 days, phoned twice and the first girl was not very helpfull at all. This was my first order with the company and would not order anything again due to the lack of information given and having to wait such a long time for item to be dispatched”

“I’ve bought several items from Holland’s mostly for my wife and never had any issues with any products, even if I’ve had to do a return for another size, but those boots I bought for myself and they fit just nice, comfortable boot, and look fine, I’m sure I’ll have them for a few miles !”
