Hi Geoff, Thank you for your feedback. I am so sorry that you received the incorrect product. I can see our team advised that once the return has been posted back, we would then be able to send our your replacement straight away rather than waiting for the return to be received back at our Warehouse, but it ended up coming back for a refund. The team have since offered a full refund on your order and we have sent over a £10 gift card as well to compensate for the errors made. I am very sorry again and thank you for your patience with us. “I recently bought some shirts from Hollands Country Clothing, the heavy duty cotton shirts are very good quality but I think they may have come a size larger than the label says. Not a problem for me as I prefer a larger size. I also bought some normal shirts which came in the correct size and very smart and good quality. I would definitely recommend the shirts , made really well . Charlie Collins.”

“Good selection of opinel garden knives. Clear details of measurements. Delivered within 2 days of ordering. No problems with age recognition. Although there were delivery charges these were reasonable compared with competitors. Delivery carried out by Royal Mail who are fairly reliable.”

“After a decent wax jacket to replace my John Partridge that after 25+ years is beyond economical repair. The Hoggs padded wax jacket fits the bill. Excellent fit, good price & prompt delivery. Too early for performance review, as it's only 1 week old, but has been christened in all the rain we are currently receiving. Nice touch was the inclusion of a mug, that now resides in the shed for beverage consumption.”

“The product selection was very good, and the pricing was very good. Communication wasn't as good as I thought it would be. Delivery was also slower than I thought it would be. As for the items themselves, they are going to be a Christmas gift and was sent to a niece's address so I can't comment on that”
