Tumble dryer broke down called homeshield and had an engineer the next day. The machine couldn’t be fixed so they got me a band new one which came within the week. Great service

got a call from David who was a really pleasant to speak to. I did check the email confirmation first to make sure everything was correct and was happy with the service I was provided

Very helpful. When my washing machine broke down, they sent a chap to fix it, but it could not be fixed, so a replacement of my choice was ordered, which arrived promptly and was installed. Very pleased with service.
