“I was blown away by the level of customer service and professionalism I received when I set up my hosting. These guys really know their stuff and took the time to make sure I was set up right. “Transferring my domain and website from another provider was mostly smooth and hassle-free. Where there were any problems, the response from support was very quick and the problems were sorted out. The only real irritation was having to change my login and contact email address because emails from Hoopla were not getting through to my main personal address.”
