“I had a issue, I've got a LMM 08. After installing the cold air intake, my MAF kept going off setting the po101 code, constantly every few hundred yards. I finally resolved it, I was getting to much air, turns out it was to efficient! I ended up wrapping the filter half way with plastic and wrapping it up with tape, to secure it. The sensor couldn't handle that volume of air I guess. Maybe for LMM offer a shorter S&B filter to possibly restrict the airflow.”

Thank you so much for this feedback and sorry to hear you're having this issue! We do scale our intakes to the factory spec to avoid this issue. It does sound like your intake tube might be installed backwards which is very easy to do and a very common mistake. “Great company top notch products .Had a issue. With a order more of a commutation issue it was a little frustrating because I already had the gasket and to by again Mike reached out to me and they made it right Honestly I was shocked to get a phone call from them.That just doesn’t happen nowadays will definitely continue to use there products. “Was upset that your sales guy made me buy the oem bridge gasket as a kit when all I needed was the o-ring I already had. They did call me and made the issue right. Which says alot about a company Customer service it top notch. Thank you”

“I really like the system. But I drive in a dust area so I ordered a dry filter. Hopefully it will be better. But I’m not sure if I can wash it. Hopefully it’s not one and done filter. Could you let me know if I can wash it?”
