“Three weeks ago I ordered an upper radiator hose relocation kit, knowing it was four to six weeks out so I can't leave a review on that part yet. But on the 18th of December, they shipped a lower radiator hose that I still haven't received, it is now January 3rd. HSP reached out to me on Jan 4th and we got the shipping issue resolved. I couldn't have asked for a better conversation to be honest I was a bit bummed. I reached out to HSP because my builder used their Y bridge, cold air intake system and I wanted my visible pipes to match. I can't wait to install the relocation kit and review the installation and quality of parts.”

“HSP truly stands by their product with Top Notch service! I love the quality of the Max Air Flow Bundle. A lot of companies build good quality parts, but then send you junk hardware or worse yet, are impossible to get help when something goes awry, but not with these guys and gals! I did have some challenges with the installation on my LML, but with the help of Mike at HSP and Ariel with ZZDiesel, I was able to work through them and get my truck performing at its BEST!! Thank you folks for making my experience a very good one. It's this exceptional level of service that really sets you apart from the competition and encourages me to recommend your company to others.”

“I ordered exhaust headers for my Duramax for Black Friday and they look and sound awesome. But the ad said I would get a free hat if I spent over 400 dollars. I got not hat lol. Headers themselves I cannot be more happy with”

“Mike ( not sure of last name ) is an AWESOME employee!! He was very helpful, very informative and very patient. He explained everything I needed and suggested a few things that I could also use I spent about $3200 with him and ended up having a question or two after the sale about a week later, and he answered all my questions. I would like his boss to know that he did a great job and I will be calling him back for future sales!!”

“I would have gave a 5 star rating if it didn't take a month to get something that the web says is in stock. No instructions came with the thermastate housing kit but very easy to install. Looks great.”
