“I ordered a specific shaped bottle but was told it was unavailable when someone from the company called me. I said I would be happy with something else which they promptly sent. I have ordered before off of them and would definitely recommend to others. Lovely gifts”

“Good customer experience, fast delivery. Great product. Only downside, it states "free delivery over £40" but when I went to checkout delivery was added and I could not get past this.”

“Ordered online but put my home address rather than my friends, as the delivery address. Even though I contacted the company within minutes, and they phoned me back to confirm the address the gift should have been delivered too, it was still delivered to me. Sadly my friend won’t get this for weeks now. 50-50 blame but a bit disappointing.”

“It was the second item we brought from them unfortunately There was a mistake on the engraving they sent a new item straight away and free postage for the other one I'm extremely happy with the service and the glass gin slipper they supplied”
